ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Assistant Store Manager for one of our Calgary stores.

You will work closely with the Store Manager and together will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day business operation, including maximizing locker rentals and retail sales, minimizing delinquencies, and maintaining a clean and professional looking storage facility.

Our ideal candidate is sales oriented and possesses excellent customer service skills. The candidate will have strong communication skills and the passion to grow and develop the self storage business. A "can do" attitude and the ability to work with minimal supervision are also essential. The candidate should be comfortable working with computers and thrive in an environment where multi-tasking is the norm.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a few years of management experience to expand their knowledge base with a growing, reputable company that has been in business for over 25 years.  

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES (Full and Part Time)

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to work with us at the following locations:

Calgary (803 - 64th Avenue SE)
Full time - Saturdays, Sundays and 3 weekdays (39 hours / week)

Coquitlam (77 Fawcett Road at United Boulevard):
Part time - Saturdays and Sundays (15 hours / week)

Coquitlam (1601 Lougheed Hwy) and Port Coquitlam (1599 Coast Meridian):
Full time - Saturdays, Sundays and 3 weekdays (39 hours / week total for both stores)

Vancouver (3001 Wall Street)
Full time - Saturday to Tuesday (31 hours / week)

Our ideal candidates are sales oriented and possess excellent customer service skills. Candidates will have strong communication skills and the passion to learn the self storage business. An entrepreneurial, "can do" attitude and the ability to work with minimal supervision are also essential.  Candidates should be comfortable working with computers and thrive in an environment where multi-tasking is the norm.
