With Maple Leaf Self Storage, what we quote is what you pay. We don’t have hidden fees, and we won’t surprise you with extra charges. Unlike some of our competitors, we:

• Won’t charge you a deposit.
• Won’t ask you to pay for special locks, access fees or maintenance costs.
• Won’t insist that your company buys insurance from us. You are free to use your own provider.

When you move your goods in, all we ask is a small, one-time $10 administration fee in addition to the monthly rental fee (plus taxes). That’s all.

• Reserve a unit by phone, online or in person, without a deposit.
• Rent our units for one month or longer, and cancel at any time with as little as 7 days’ notice prior to your monthly rental due date.
• Increase or decrease your space at any time, without penalty.

• Pay rent in advance and save up to 9% per year on your monthly rental fees.
• Our monthly billing policy – not weekly – automatically saves your company over 8% per year. Many of our competitors bill every 4 weeks (that’s 13 times a year versus our 12).
