Great facility, friendly and helpful staff who are happy to help out when needed. Pretty decent playlist of classic rock hits including Metallica going on the regular. Safe storage space with lots of room and easily accessible which is definetly a plus. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a storage solution in the Capilano area.

This storage facility is one of the cleanest that I have used in so many years. The area is well lit and ventilated, access is very easy and there is ample parking available. Account set up is easy and there are a few storage options to choose from. Above all, the team looking after you is professional, customer service oriented, kind and friendly.Highly recommended. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever seen.The lady working in the mornings is rude, ignorant and unhelpful. I won’t ever use this horrible storage facility again. She’s clearly a hater of decency. It was my girlfriend that rented from this location and there’s no way in hell that I would give her name out for fear of repercussions.

This is a wonderful storage space. Erin was very helpful from beginning to end. It's a newer building, and has a nice loading area where it's easy for moving trucks to park. It makes a big difference when moving in and out. It's also clean, and has several size options. I would recommend.

I can't recommend Maple Leaf enough. The facility is new, clean, bright and very secure and there is plenty of convenient parking. I also want to give a special shout out to the staff - they are very helpful and professional. I lost the keys to the locker a mere two days in (long story, it was in the midst of house move) and they went out of their way to help and sorted out the issue quickly. They also suggested a great moving company to help me with my move. I would definitely use them in the future.

10 stars. The staff are so nice for starters. I like that it's a little tight knit shop. As for facilities, brand new, great parking and loading bays, smooth floors and new trolleys so you can easily move your items yourself, washrooms while moving, and the option for businesses sealed the deal.

I've been meaning to post a review since the day we moved our things to the Capilano Maple Leaf Storage location when they opened over 2 years ago but somehow never quite got to it. The location amenities, staff and overall experience are first rate. The space is impeccably clean, modern, thoughtfully laid out, and the staff amazingly warm and helpful. We had to move our storage location when our previous storage unit closed, but that was a stroke of good luck. Not only was our move to the new location at Capilano arranged for us and our belongings transferred, but it was all placed in our new unit more thoughtfully and well organized than we would have done ourselves. From day one the experience has been amazing and we are so appreciative of this location and the stellar service we have received. If you need a storage unit in the Lower Mainland, there is no better place than Maple Leaf Self Storage Capilano.

I have been a client since January 2021. Erin and Chris are responsive, professional & helpful. The space is in a new building, which is beautiful, dry, clean, cheery. I love the garage door style access to my unit and the wide hallways (makes it easy to sort through/organize locker). The move in/move out area is very large & accessible. There are lots of moving dollies/hand trucks for use on site. I will be vacating my unit at the end of November 2022 because I no longer require extra storage space. I would not hesitate to rent at this facility again.

I found Maple Leaf Storage's new facility (2028 Curling Road) at Marine and Capilano in North Vancouver last fall when I had to rent a storage locker as floods had washed out Hwy 1and landslides closed The Duffey, preventing me from moving furniture and more from North Van up to Lillooet.Å super storage facility with a good range of storage locker sizes, wonderful underground—out of the rain—loading area with several bays, great, easily maneuverable, oversized dollies (large and giant), lighting, music, security, washrooms and more—plus friendly and helpful staff. All in all the most pleasant storage experience I've had. Highly recommended!

I love the location and how easy it is to access the facility. The place is super clean and super secure. The staff is very helpful. They have ample choices for your needs. It really is a perfect place to store your stuff for the short term.I was planning on using for the long term but after just a few months, they increased their prices by 10%. Doesn't seem right considering that Mortgage costs have come down during the pandemic.

Our experience at this location was perfect. Location is great....just a 5 mins drive off the highway so easily accessible. Front of ther line agents were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The location has a great underground dedicated loading area with dollies always available for easy loading & unloading. The facility is clean and organized. Their security system is excellent - you knew that you and your belongings were safe. We will and have recommended them to our friends/ family.Thank you for a great experience!

Maple Leaf Capilano is the only North Van storage provider I would recommend. They are extremely professional and friendly and their facilities are clean, secure, and easily accessible. I highly recommend this brand new and secure storage facilities. The manager (Chris) is a Very helpful person. I ran out of storage and had no place to store my bikes, and a few other things. He gave me a loaner storage for a few days for free. People in the office are very welcoming and informative. Erin And Raymond gave me a tour of the facility and answered all my questions patiently.

Very happy I decided to stored my stuffs at Maple Leaf Storage at Capillano Rd, North Vancouver. The place is very well maintained and the staffs are very helpful and friendly and storage rent is very reasonable.
One time I did not noticed I pass the closing time, I was called personally by a Filipino staff to remind me the time to make sure I won’t be locked up in there.
