The staff was helpful in getting our locker setup and additional carts making the move in & move out easy for us. The facility was clean & well managed. We were able to have a couple grace days moving out which saved us an additional month rent. We would definitely us this service and facility again, thank you!

We keep equipment in two large units with Maple Leaf on 77 Fawcett Road. The experience so far have been great. Jill and the rest of the staff are very pleasant, systematic and helpful. We are a not for profit that has been renting lockers for 8+ years at this location. We can't say enough good things about the office staff and the facility. The office staff are the most friendly and accommodating that we have had the pleasure of dealing with. The facility is immaculate. Our company has used this facility multiple times over the last several years, and we have never been disappointed. Every interaction has been personable, they've made the paperwork as easy as possible for us, and they've bent over backwards to work with us on moving in/out for type of unit we need, where it's located in the complex, and for the dates we need, even on short notice. Hands down the best experience we've had with a storage company.

Access to elevators and storage units excellent. Access to loading bay is mostly OK however there have been many times when there have been large trucks parked loading or unloading and they seem to think they are the only people in the world making passage a challenge. Too bad that there is no roof over the loading bay..........would make things a lot easier and more pleasant in liquid sunshine downpours. Staff always availible and ready to help

Choosing Maple Leaf Self Storage was the best decision. We needed a comfortable, safe, and easily accessible place to store our belongings while we faced the task of preparing our apartment for the Open House and sale. From my first contact with the company, the staff was always friendly and courteous. They explained to me in detail the procedure and security measures of the place. The place is spacious, illuminated, and safe. There are multiple platforms so you can easily move your furniture through the building. The elevators are spacious and clean and one can easily get around because there is a lot of information. The space we rented was large enough to hold the belongings of a 2-bedroom apartment. We were able to accommodate even the BBQ. Working with this company has been a very pleasant experience. I recommend it.

Impressed right from the beginning! Folks got back to me on a spot for our small RV right away, Gave me a walk through of the facility (wish our house was this clean!) and provided me with a thorough overview of what to do when parking there. Security looked good! What impressed me the most was how helpful they were and their high level of customer service. Absolutely great! Thanked me for my business and even sent a thank you card in the mail!

Just well-handled from start to finish, easy transition as I took over someone else's locker as part of purchasing merchandise, set up my account, maintained ongoing receipts and billing accurately, and were friendly and professional about closing my account when I no longer needed the unit. Great staff!

We have been long time clients of Maple Leaf Storage starting from 2001 when we sold our house in Coquitlam. We moved to Whistler and stored our furniture and belongings for at least 10 years in your Lougheed Highway location, and later in your False Creek location for another 5 years till 2016. We moved back to an apartment in Coquitlam in 2021 and decided to store excess items in your storage unit, mainly because we saw your advertisement about the 2nd month being free. Unfortunately when we signed up to rent the unit we were told the special offer did not apply to our chosen unit, as it applied only to the least popular units. It made me feel that it was false advertisement. It would be better if the advertisement actually specified the qualified units, so there would be no misunderstanding. Had I known, I would have shopped around and compared prices. Thought you should know that even a loyal customer could be disappointed with this kind of false impression.

We were warmly greeted during a nasty blizzard just before Christmas of 2019. We continued to be treated in a friendly and respectful manner throughout the storage period of one year. Good Experience. Normal quirks that occur in any environment. The difficult part is dealing with other tenants on the property. Mostly, a personal thing. By and large the clientele go about there business without incident. Me being a loner prefer nobody around. Carts easy to get, washroom easily available, generally a very good facility. Our first experience at using the Fawcett Road facility early last year was great. The staff are friendly and excellent at making you feel at home. So when we needed storage again unexpectedly, we went straight back there and again, the staff remembered us and were very accommodating on short notice. This is our go-to place for storage for sure.

Friendly and helpful Staff, clean building, and reasonable pricing. As a business owner it's also amazing that they accept deliveries for you and have a way to manage pallets and garbage. Many storage buildings do not offer this service.
I've been with Maple Leaf for 4 years now and have checked out a number of other storage offices because of a recent move out of the city. I'm back to MLSS ... this is the best deal in town.

I have rented a storage unit for many years and by staying , I receive a good rate. The access hours are great. The facility is clean and safe as I've heard other companies are not very secure.The staff are friendly and professional and the free coffee and such is a nice perk. They offer moving supplies and locks etc.

United Boulevard is a clean, heated and well organized storage. The people at the desk love the job they do and that is evident in their approach to anybody coming in. The beautiful thing is that each of the the elevators always goes up or down, so that on every floor always is an elevator waiting for you.

Long time storage customer (3 years?).
Seems as though the new owner is constantly increasing rates. That's my negative. Otherwise a positive experience. The front desk staff have always been friendly. When there was evidence of mouse activity, they quickly acted, and I have not seen activity in my unit in the 12 months since.

My partner and I have had varying units at this storage place for over 10 years and have been grateful for the good service, upkeep, pricing, customer service and management of this Maple Leaf Self Storage on Fawcett Road, Coq. I have just vacated my smallest unit I've had over the 12 years as I scaled down bit by bit. Again, I have nothing but good to say as this is one place I would always recommend. ....Be aware, not all storage units are the same and it feels good to know you are at the best.

We were in need of a quick storage solution and couldn't be more happy with the Maple Leaf Storage on United Blvd. They were courteous over the phone and even more pleasant and professional in person. In took only minutes to get set up and we were given a tour of the facility with all the explanation we needed to then get into the storage ourselves when we brought our stuff. The facility is clean and looks well maintained. Would definitely recommend them.
