Needed storage for a few months while we had a renovation in our house. Maple Leaf Self Storage was great. Price was very reasonable. Unit was clean and a perfect size for us. Complex is very secure. Staff are super helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again.

Diane was amazing at Maple Leaf, she was able to accommodate us at the last minute when our rental fell through as the moving truck showed up and we had an entire house to store within hours. She was friendly, helpful and helped alleviate some of the stress of a very bad day. I would highly recommend Maple Leaf Storage!

Very easy to access with friendly staff. I\ve only been using them a month but so far so good. I am happy with them...plus they have delicious hot chocolate and coffee, great for a rainy day spent in the storage locker.

This is an older single level storage facility. The lockers are clean, and accessible. Staff are fantastic, very accommodating. Prices are very reasonable. I definitely recommend this place for your storage needs.

I needed a small storage area to store extras from a much larger home, that I was not ready to give up. After going online to compare what was available here in Langley, I decided to make some calls.
Some companies had answering machines, that took basic information with the promise to return my call but never did. Some companies had nothing available for my situation, so were very quick to end my call. No conversation of what help they could give me.
Finally I called Maple Leaf Storage in Langley.
There my call got answered immediately with a friendly and professional staff member. That was the voice of Diane Dawson, Store Manager. Diane listened carefully to my concerns and asked the correct questions to be able to advise what might work best for me. She was curtious, and I felt answered the phone with a smile. I immediately drove to the location and met with Diane where I was not disappointed.
Once I had decided what I needed Diane filled out all the paperwork, presented me with a complete and informative portfolio for future reference. Diane walked me thru the routine of entering and exiting the complex answering all my questions as we proceeded.
My experience has and I expect to continue to be very good. Thankyou Diane!

This was our first time storing with a company, as we had a long closing date for our new place. We would HIGHLY recommend this facility - the store manager Diane was extremely helpful and even helped me load boxes into my car when i bought them. The unit itself is huge and was very clean! Staff is always kind and willing to assist! We had a great experience and if we need storage again we will be using this company

I am so glad we chose Maple Leaf Storage to fulfill our storage needs. The manager Diane is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond her clients needs. i purchased two very large TV boxes and she spent time to help me get them into my car when i realized they were too big for me to handle all by myself! As I investigated various self storage location in general proximity, it became apparent that your location had very knowledgeable staff who continued to be very helpful and courteous. Initial site visit offered a visit of potential units in a very friendly manner by both Leslie and Diana.
Subsequent visits found everyone I met with same attitude, and they seemed pleased to be employed there. I thank all for this and am enjoying.

MLSS is my go-to whenever I need to store items. In fact, my whole family have used them the past (some long term, some short term). The facility is always clean, and they do their best to minimize any critters etc. with strict rules on items stored. Always friendly at the office, I would recommend them to anyone (especially as someone who travelled from Kitsilano to use them!).

The storage facility was very clean on moving day. The door was secure which gave me piece of mind considering what I had in there. There was a problem on my part however. I had not secured the padlock as it should have been. I was subsequently notified to come and correct my mistake. This puts my mind at rest knowing there is someone who is actively patrolling the units

The service has been very good and is friendly and accommodating. The pricing recently went up with little advance notice to a point on the higher side of local competition, but the premises are clean and secure. The lack of direct debit or automated billing is the only point of complaint I would have. Having to pay the same bill every month through a glitchy online system and then in person when it doesn't work is inconvenient and should not be in today's business technology.

I've been renting a storage unit here for the past year and have had nothing but a positive experience. The desk staff are SO pleasant and accommodating, and I've never had an issue. My 10x10 unit fits all of the furniture from my old studio apartment, and I never worry about its security.

Once when I was late by a couple of days re payment over the Holidays, they wrote to me in a friendly manner. I have recommended this site to others not because it is cheaper, but because of the staff and the site is well managed. I am happy we chose this site over others that we were considering last summer.
