Excellent service; great to deal with. I had my possessions in storage for almost four years. I could always access the unit at any given time, as I slowly removed out the items. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff, always willing to help.

Chose Maple Leaf Self Storage after checking out three self storage facilities in my area. Received a tour of units in order to select the one that best met my needs, full explanation of vendor & client responsibilities, a map & recommendations for storage.
The entire facility is immaculate, climate controlled, well stocked with large and small dollies for transporting to/from parking to/from unit. CCTV assures safety. The grounds are locked at all times via coded entry system. The office has ample supplies of various boxes, packing bubbles, tape, locks & tags. The staff are available via phone and in person and are helpful, courteous and friendly.
I highly recommend Maple Leaf Self Storage and will definitely use them again to meet all my storage needs.

Maple Leaf in Poco has been great all around. Started with professional customer service during account set-up, ongoing support throughout, and easy move-out procedures. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They called me back to confirm what I was looking for and to see if I had any questions, which was very much appreciated. I put a unit on hold and when I went in to do the paperwork and pay for the unit it was seamless and easy to do.
On moving day I had no issues with my code and someone was there to show me where my locker was and made sure there was no issues. There are lots of dolly's and the elevator is big so moving was easy, even on the second floor. The units are climate controlled and individually alarmed which is great!!
I definitely recommend Maple Leaf Self Storage for all your storage needs!!!!

I parked my trailer for 4 years and never had a single issue whatsoever.
It's kind of sad to say goodbye to all of the staffs.

We have been dealing with this company for over 8 months and they have been absolutely exceptional! We were recommended by our realtor. The staff that work there are so friendly, accommodating and helpful! Now that we moved we have moved all of our storage to our new place and have to say goodbye but I would recommend this clean dry and exceptionally great location and staff to everyone! 15 years of great service - with 3 sizes of unit over the years. Very convenient. Pallet jack on site. Many dollies. Makes work easy.
But most of all - the cleanliness is outstanding. The washrooms are always spotless.

From the first contact with Tim and further follow ups with Nikki and Valerie, I was very impressed with the friendly, helpful service. I was making all my arrangements from Nova Scotia so it was very important to get the right information so that the move to Port Coquitlam would be successful..........and I wasn’t disappointed ! I was concerned that a 73’ moving van might not be accessible to my storage unit, but no problem. Well done Maple Leaf !

This is my second time using Maple Leaf Storage, (the first was about 10 years ago at another location). The staff at the Port Coquitlam location were very helpful, and friendly. It was great to have the carts to be able to load up and make the whole process so much easier and quicker. The facilities are clean and secure, and I appreciated the ease of access.

I have been accessing Maple Leaf storage at Port Coquitlam for several months and so far their service is satisfactory. I would recommend you to consider this location if you have a need for it. Staff there are approachable and well-trained in my own opinion. Space is clean throughout the warehouse building including the washrooms!!

The buildings are incredibly clean, there are always several carts etc to move stuff into your unit. I have lost my key a couple of times ? and the staff have always been very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this location to everyone!

The PoCo MLS location was a great fit for us and the storage of our 35 foot long Winnebago. They have a huge lot with wide lanes and turning spaces. This site has a 24/7 on site manager providing that extra bit of security. Friendly staff and prices that are in line with those you would pay at other storage facilities, some of which are nowhere near as professionally run as this one.

Reasonable rates and friendly staff. After visiting a couple other storage places in the PoCo area, I decided to go with them. Carolyn contacted me by phone within 5 minutes of me emailing for more information. She was so friendly and helpful that I decided to drive there the same day to look at their facility. I was warmly greeted by Carolyn and Valerie (?). They were both very nice throughout the whole process. Carolyn showed me exactly the unit I wanted which was secure and climate controlled. The whole place was also very clean, accessible and well lit. I will have no problems storing my belongings there so I signed up right away. They allowed me to get a storage even if my move in date won't be for another 2 weeks. I highly recommend this place!

We were able to snag one in the right size (but not particularly where we wanted) but we went on a wait list for a bigger one as we had more stuff going in eventually and they were able to make it happen and it's so much better. Staff is sooooo friendly and helpful! Website makes it easy to pay online too. Very happy with our choice here!!

I have been storing my business inventory with Maple Leaf Storage in Poco since August and the experience has been amazing. Not only is the staff very nice and helpful, the facility is EXTREMELY clean, which is really important to me as I need to store items that are sold regularly. There is really great lighting and the carts for taking things in and out are really helpful. Very happy that I decided to store with them and would highly recommend to anyone needed storage.
