Like the Commercial Drive Maple Leaf storage facility where we have been a customer for years, the Wall Street Maple Leaf storage facility scores great on every criteria we used to evaluate and choose storage lockers. We wanted excellent security, clean facilities, restrictions on storage of food attracting vermin, convenient hours and access, and friendly and helpful staff and management. One every one of these criteria Maple Leaf storage performs way above expectations.

The staff were great to work with. They showed me a variety of different units that they had available and showed me how to use all their equipment to make the move easier. The unit was clean and dry and all my belongings were clean and dry when I moved out. Would highly recommend storing there!

Storing at the Wall street location was very easy and convenient. The staff were always helpful, and provided a good tour and presented many options to help me decide on my storage unit. There was always room in the loading bays to unload/load. The facility was clean and felt safe.

been storing stuff wth them for ten years. Hiccup with first locker (leak) but they gladly changed my locker and may have given a months free rent.
Been though many different lockers, all good. The staff are great and helpful. No real complaints from me. Just moved out (covid, lack of job, rate increases on a budget of now zero) the team were most helpful.
Only real complaints was on a deadline crunch to get out, had the ground floor forklift go dead twice in three days. I trust they will be looking into this. Still, made the deadline!
Would recommend this location (for East Van) and Maple Leaf!

I stored quite a few items with Maple Leaf Self Storage (on Wall St) for over 6 years and found them to be professional in all ways. When there was a weather issue with leakage they immediately moved my things into another unit, no problem) and were helpful throughout. I totally recommend them (nice people too)

My experience with maple leaf was nothing but positive. Obtaining a locker was quick, simple and affordable. The movers I hired were able to access it without my presence which was extremely helpful. And the extra day to move I was given was a life saver as the help I had lined up fell through and I wasn't able to retrieve all my belongings on the scheduled move out date. I highly recommend maple leaf to anyone needing storage services.

The company I work for has numerous storage units at this location as well as multiple other locations throughout the country. Wall Street Maple Leaf Self Storage has to be my absolute favorite. Their customer service is above and beyond. I have spent a lot of time at this location over the years, and the current staff has always made me feel safe and welcome. The bathrooms are always clean, and the staff is always available whenever I have questions or need to borrow equipment. They have always greeted me with a smile and been my cheerleaders when I am having a rough day. I honestly can’t put into words how amazing my experience has been, and all I can say is thank you, from the bottom of my heart to all the staff, and cant wait to see you soon!

1 location it’s amazing and so convenient and close to downtown.
2 loading dock that makes my life much easier , I absolutely love it .
3 very safe actually no , it os extremely safe 100%.
4 very clean , loading dock , Office , washroom , Hallways , and of course you will get clean storage when you sign up .

Also it can get hot in there so if your stuff is heat sensitive... maybe avoid upper level storage esp in summer months.

the facility is clean and well-maintained, the staff is organized, helpful, and professional. I really feel my belongings are safe here, being watched by cameras inside a secure compound. I was able to store my vehicle here and the day I needed a bigger locker the staff helped me adjust the size to suit my needs.

I have really enjoyed my time her at this storage facility. They are the best storagebplace I've been to. There prices are reasonable and they sending a reminder to pay your bill on time jot once but twice. My favorite part of maple leaf is the staff, they are so helpful and really friendly, yet professional. They care about you and your storage unit not just your money. I've had two different units as I downsized and they switch was smooth as butter. I've recommend all my friends to come here and anyone else looking to come here. I promise you won't be disappointed. They communicate throughly through phone and answer their emails right away.so it's never hard to get in touch when you need help. Highly recommend!!

I stored the contents of my condo at Maple Leaf Storage Wall street for about 6 months this past year, and was extremely happy with the service I received. Tracy and her colleagues were helpful, friendly and efficient every time I called or came in. The facility is clean and safe. I would definitely use this storage facility in future if the need arose.

Fantastic. I'd been let down the day before by another company who were supposed to move and store our things for a year. That company never showed up, so we were stuck with all of our stuff in the lobby of our apartment, 3 days before we moved to the uk.
I called Maple Leaf and everyone I spoke to was super helpful- I first called the Quebec St location, and when their prices were too high for me, they recommended the Wall St location, who were an ideal fit.
I think the person I spoke to was called Martin Higgins (or maybe Higginbottom?), he was great- stayed a bit late to meet me on the first day, found a unit that was perfect for me, and really helped me to understand the paperwork. I was panicking a bit because of everything that had gone on, and he was really chilled and helped me to feel a lot better about everything! Really glad we used Maple Leaf.

The team at Maple Leaf Wall St have been extremely kind and helpful. They've gone out of their way to do tours of different spaces when I couldn't choose, send reminders on payment dates, lend me loonies for their carts when I forget mine, offer flexible package dates to allow me to move in and out without extra charges and they're the most affordable storage space in my entire area! I've really enjoyed their great level of customer service and will definitely use them again in future for any storage needs. I recommend them if you're looking for a great price and great service!

Clint was professional, patient, friendly and very efficient during the time I was making inquiries. The day of the move in, due to the delay and miscalculation of the space from my mover, he stayed past his working hours to make sure all the paper works were done and the last minute addition of the locker was completed. I have had my unit since 2014, and prieviously, I was at Maple Leaf Storage at another location.
The service is very professional and consistent. There are small periodic rental increases. My rent increased by approximately $40 in 8 years. The price of my unit, which I believe is a 5x10, is still much more affordable than a unit at the next most affordable storage warehouse. I moved a client into another self-storage company and the rate is much higher, and they have made several rental increases only within the past year on top of constantly messaging me that they forgot to add this or that fee and that I’ll have to cancel and resend payment. Maple Leaf Self Storage has never done that, not even at the other location that I was in over a decade ago.
My unit was on the second floor, on the second level, accessible with rolling metal stairs like they have in hardware depots. The inside of the unit is plywood up to 6 feet and metal deer fencing for air circulation for the top 4 feet. It is warmer on the second floor compared to the first during the summer... something to keep in mind.
My items were safe, and I only checked in a few times during my rental period. If you prefer to keep your items clean I would advise you check in more often to clear out any webs, dust, or signs of rodents (they have systems in place to control this, but I assume some lockers attract these little guys) and store everything in big Husky or Rubbermaid containers. My stuff was quite dusty and webby after 8 years of settling, haha. I would leave it but it is now time to let go of all these things.

The staff are friendly and the facility is clean and tidy.
I have used this company on and off for some years and have always felt the staff did a good job. However, I must say that myself along with many others during COVID lost our income or our income was greatly reduced. It seemed that many companies were finding ways to help their customers meet their financial obligations. Maple leaf storage did nothing to help. I think they said if you get a friend to store there, they'll give you 25 break on your locker. Kind of a joke.

I had opened my locker approx 3 years ago and the staff has always been extremely helpful and friendly. The storage is priced reasonably and well maintained and fully secured. I have closed my locker as I am moving away but would highly recommend their service especially this location. When cancelling my account i was given grace period to schedule it with my move out date so everything worked out so well.

The store always has the packing supplies ( at reasonable prices) that are needed when you run out. So that you don't have to go to a hard ware store. All the staff gave exemplary customer service. They always responded promptly to my questions and were friendly and professional. I was also really impressed with the level of service upon first renting the locker and signing the contract, with being shown around the facility and how to use the ladders. To be honest, I wasn’t looking for excellent customer service in this scenario - I just wanted to store my stuff! But actually it did make a difference to me, because of course I was storing my possessions and that extra level of professionalism on their part made me feel more secure.

Somehow the team at Maple Leaf manage to make visiting a storage locker an absolute pleasure, which is no easy thing. I packed away stuff for several months in anticipation of a move. That just happened and I’ve surrendered my locker but if I ever need storage again, this place is the best!

I had intended to only use storage for a few months but ended up using this facility for a year. I previously had a terrible experience with another storage facility on North Commercial Drive so I was a bit weary. The friendly, knowledgable staff and the clean, accessible facilities turne dout to be just what I needed. I would definitely recommend Maple Leaf Storage on Wall Street.

We used the Vancouver Wall Street location earlier this year and it was a great experience. We rented one of their 10' x 10' ground floor storage to keep our belongings while we were listing our place for sale. All the staff there were very friendly and helpful, they explained everything in detailed and always had treats in their office. Our storage room was spacious and clean. The hallways were very wide, making it easy to wheel all your stuff. They have plenty of different sized moving carts available at all times. We have since sold our property and moved our belonging out of the storage. Checking out was easy, as we just sent them an email confirmation. All in all we were very satisfied with their service and will definitely use them again in the future.

I have been a customer to Wall Street Maple Leaf Storage since January 2016 and over these 4 years they provided me an amazing and courteous service, taking a great care of my belongings and helping me many times when I need it. The staff is friendly, capable and helpful, the storage is very clean and organized, clean bathrooms and free coffee with cookies, what else to ask for ? ... all with a great location and easy access, and to make it even better, the cherry on the cake is the reasonable price compared to other places in the city. This warehouse is simply the best. The staff is quite professional, always willing to help and making customer service their number one priority. Their facilities are very clean, with pallet dollies always available, and 90% of the time there is room on the parking lot. I spent a good deal of time looking for the best self-serve warehouse with loading docks in Vancouver and this is the winner.

I have had great experience using Maple Leaf Self Storage at Wall Street. When I needed help with the size of the storage, I was given a lot of information to help decide, with the option to upsize and downsize as needed. Storage is clean, and all the tools I need to move my international shipments such as forklifts were available on site. As a commercial tenant, acceptance of deliveries and facilitation of scheduled pickups on behalf of us were our most favourite features as we didn't have to be onsite at all!

I chose Wall Street location because they have the best covered huge load in/out dock in Vancouver! That's a plus on rainy days. As I've continued to keep a large unit, I've always felt comfortable and safe going to Wall Street Maple Storage. The site is kept clean, the staff friendly and available ladies toilet. I've previously stored in US and this Canadian facility is the best!!!

The staff members at this location are consistent and always very courteous in a professional but genuinely caring and helpful way. I really do feel like the staff here care about my customer needs and always do their best to help me make the best decisions to suit my changing storage needs and budget concerns. The facility is clean, secure and run well and efficiently. I have had a locker at the Wall Street location for over a year and am quite happy and the unit and location work well for me. The only 2 criticisms I would note are I wish the facility had either longer access hours (later) or it was accessible 24 hours a day and, like all Maple Leaf Storage facilities, the increase in fees every 6 months will eventually force me to look elsewhere. As for now, the cost is acceptable and the facility and staff are great.

There is no hesitation in recommending this storage facility to others who are looking for storage. The location is centrally located to Highway # 1 and in no time you are in either North Vancouver or on your way east to Burnaby or further afield.

Well-kept place. Washrooms available during office hours only. Free WiFi where they can see you. Good 3 bay loading dock. Entry code systems allows extended hours access. Supplies to purchase in office: boxes, mattress covers, tape, and great moving gloves. Free copies of BC Business Magazine once a month. Wide hallways, sturdy and safe moveable ladders. Only thing missing is a snack machine, but they make up for it with bottomless cups of water and coffee, and treats around Hallowe'en and other special days.

In the beginning, prices were a bit lower which we appreciated. We needed to get a larger space for a good price and we found out that by taking an upper unit we could save a few dollars. There are always latters available and small lifts for the heavier items. At the end of the day, it’s annoying when rent increases every year and hauling heavy things up and down can be tough BUT it’s a reliable unit in a safe feeling and clean space so we are happy.

I had to move out of my home after 29 years, but couldn't find a place so had to store my belongings. The staff showed me all my options and guided me to the right choice for my needs. They were always friendly and accommodating at meeting my needs. Even when there was a misunderstanding that was my fault they went above and beyond to make things right. I have been a customer of the Wall St. location for 6 years. I can not say enough about the fantastic, friendly and professional staff here! They have been a great help in sourcing the best locker size for my needs. When I had to emptied a 4 floor home, I had miss calculated the amount of space needed for all our stuff. I had decided on lockers - which I filled - that turned out to be not large enough. With their expert suggestions, help and their abundant patience, I managed to finally settle on the 3 that fit everything. Their patience knows no bounds! I am very grateful to them for helping to make our transition so smooth and stress free. Besides that I felt all my possessions were secure and in a well maintained and clean space. I have absolutely no complaints about the service provided at the Wall Street location. Whenever I have had inquiries I have always been able to get through on the telephone to the office staff directly. The service is prompt, courteous and very professional. I LOVE that I get a friendly and timely e-mail reminder when payment is due and it doesn't hurt to have a few days grace period in which to make a full payment without penalty. Top notch service all around. I wouldn't consider storing my belongings anywhere else.

Large facility that seems to be well taken care of. All interactions with the front desk staff have been great- they’re all super friendly and helpful. We’ve had stuff in storage here for a few months and have had no issues with the convenient opening hours or facilities!
