Welcome to Your Space

Success! Now that you’ve reserved your storage unit, we want to make sure your move is as easy and stress-free as possible. Here is a handy checklist of a few things to do and remember before your move-in date.

  1. Call or visit for a tour of the store and to sign your rental papers

You’re almost done! Just call or visit the store where you reserved your unit for a quick tour and to sign your rental papers. We will be happy to see you on your move-in day or even a couple of days prior to it. Our friendly staff will go over storing and accessing your goods, and can answer any questions you have. Feel free to come in any time, but please allow about 35-45 minutes before close of business.

  2. When you visit, be sure to bring two pieces of ID, one of which must be government-issued (e.g. driver’s license, passport, birth certificate, or B.C. Identification Card), your first payment (debit or credit), and a keyed padlock (which you can buy in store). Need to change your unit size? Not a problem! You can upsize or downsize at any time so you never pay for storage space you don’t need

  3. Plan to move your belongings

We’re here to help you make your move as stress-free and hassle-free as possible. We offer plenty of free customer parking as well as spacious loading bays. On the day you arrive, you’ll also find dollies and carts on hand. In preparation of your move-in date, you can also rely on our extensive referral network of professionals, from movers to home organizers and stagers. Just ask us for details!

  4. Read our hand packing and moving tips

Moving your belongings is easy with a little preparation. Homeowners can read our packing and moving tips, and business owners can get advice on preparing records and documents for storage. Or just call us—we’re happy to answer your questions!
