Maple Leaf Self Storage is committed to the highest standards of governance and upholds its Code of Conduct. Each year, employees are required to confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to follow it. Our Responsible Contractor Code of Conduct and Ethics outlines the principles and expectations we have for Responsible Contractors, their employees, and representatives. These apply in addition to any requirements in their agreements with us. We believe it is important that suspected violations to our Code can be reported anonymously. We offer a confidential reporting tool, operated by ClearView, an independent third-party provider.
