From start to whenever I finish, the service is professional, efficient, and genuinely customer-focused. Patrick, Ben, and Khushi have above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. They are knowledgeable, approachable, and always willing to take the time to answer questions and make sure everything was handled properly. It’s clear they take pride in their work and truly care about their customers. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and secure, with easy access and a great layout. You can tell they prioritize both safety and convenience, which give me real peace of mind storing my belongings there. Highly recommend Maple Leaf Storage on Fawcett Road! The facility is always clean, secure, and very easy to access. They have plenty of carts available, which makes moving items in and out so much easier. Patrick is fantastic, and Khushi is incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. The customer service here really stands out. If you’re looking for a reliable storage facility, this is definitely the place to go!

Had a really great experience here. The two staffs we met when arranging our storage unit were both incredibly helpful and friendly, and the monthly pricing was very reasonable as well. The entire facility was also very clean and well maintained. It’s a bit unfortunate that we were only looking for a short-term rental from the beginning, otherwise we definitely would’ve stayed longer. I'll absolutely recommend this place to friends who are looking for long-term storage!
