Very pleased with maple storage, we are going on our second month. The facility is very easy to use and we always have carts to move our belongings and access is secure. I feel great about leaving my belongings there. The units, hallways are very clean .

This is my second time storing with Maple Leaf Storage. The staff is absolutely great. I received a tour of the facility, and the staff is really knowledgeable with the sizing of the units and being able to provide the right size of unit for your needs. They make excellent suggestions or options if your not sure about what exactly your needs may be. My experience has been stress free regarding storage which is great when you have other things to think about in life. Thank you so much to Rabia, Sorin and Allan at the Royal Vista location. We used Maple Leaf Storage Royal Vista for a recent move. With so many things happening (our move out date was weeks before our new move-in date) we were struggling with what to do with our belongings and where we, ourselves, could stay for the weeks between leaving our old home and our new home being completed. We called maple Leaf Royal Vista and Sorin was so helpful. He kindly explained that with so many "balls in the air" we needed some help. Maple Leaf Royal Vista stepped right up and worked things out perfectly for our belongings (we stayed with a relative). When we went in to the storage facility to pick a unit and pay, we were met by Rabia who was so friendly and helpful! In our subsequent visits, she recognized us by sight and called us by name. Amazing customer service. Besides this wonderful customer service, the storage facility was super clean and organized. When we met other storage users, they were all so polite and friendly -- it was almost like Maple Leaf Royal Vista had hand chosen their customers to be top notch people. Thanks for the safe and secure place to store our belongings.

It’s perfect everything but I want I mention two thing:
1. Due to the storage is in 4th floor it took long time for movers with using elevator. If all the storage would be in ground floor would be great.
2 I am planning to take out the stuff on September 21 and it is 2 months and 6 days. Could you please consider the charges of 1 week instead of full month charge?

I've used Maple Leaf Self Storage twice in the last couple of years. The staff are nothing short of amazing, helpful, cheerful and accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others or to use again. I haven't honestly checked pricing at other storage facilities, but even if I did find a better rate, I wouldn't leave Maple Leaf. Customer service is EVERYTHING to me, and Maple Leaf has this in spades. I use the Royal Oak NW location. Clean, well organized, convenient and secure. What else could you want?

This was our first experience in renting a storage unit and the care and consideration afforded us by the friendly staff was exceptional. I came across this storage location while shopping around as I needed a place to keep our personal items for about 6 months.
I am glad I chose this storage company and location as the service was absolutely exceptional.From the manager, Sorin and his staff, I got all the help needed to make the right choice for the storage size and all the necessary details for the paper work. This is not brushing them but simply the fact that they make all the difference in comparison with other places.
The facility is brand new and heated, has all the necessary amenities, including the use of dollies or platforms to make the loading and unloading easy. Very clean and absolutely no strange odors.
Convenient access off Stoney Trail in the NW.
I will definitely be back when I need a place for storage and I strongly recommend them to anyone needing storage.

The service at the Royal Vista location is excellent. I have dealt mostly with Rabia. When I initially called for information, that's what she gave rather than a sales pitch (which the competition gave). Before I moved in, Rabia mopped the floor of my clean-looking unit. I thought we had set up automatic payments, but when my first three months were up, I received an email about missing a payment. I called and arranged to come in that afternoon to set up autopay, and Rabia already had the paperwork filled out so all I had to do was sign. I have been back quite a few times and the place is always clean and tidy and everything functions as it should. I would definitely recommend Maple Leaf to a friend.

Both Sorin and Bill were a pleasure to deal with.
The facility is clean and well maintained.

I am extremely satisfied with the overall experience at Maple Leaf Self Storage at Royal Vista. Customer service is superb. The staff is extremely professional yet very friendly and helpful and the store manager is top notch! There are multiple security measures in place at this impeccably clean and very impressive facility. I highly recommend this location and will definitely refer as many people as I can to this location!

I've always liked renting from Maple Leaf Self Storage. The facility is clean, staff is friendly. They have carts available to help you move your items up the elevators to your locker.

I was most impressed with the the clean, state-of-the-art building and storage lockers with cylinder locks (no deadbolt), abundant security cameras and live-in manager as well as a clean and spacious loading bay and a great promotional deal. But what really put it over the top was the staff, particularly Bob. One of the most professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful individuals I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Thank you Bob for making the experience so smooth and stress free. If you are looking for a place to store your possessions, do yourself a favor and at the very least, go in and take a look. I highly recommend this location to anyone.

The storage facility is just wonderful (very clean, secured and spacious loading area). All employees were very nice, cordial and professional. I was really impressed by their behavior. At the beginning I dealt with Sorin Cismaru and felt that this is the safest place to keep my stuff. If I need to keep anything next time definitely I will go there without hesitation and highly recommend to consider for your storage.
