I have been renting a storage locker with maple leaf on commercial drive for over a year and definitely choose the right place to rent. The facility is always remarkably clean, has great security, accommodating locker access hours and the staff are incredibly helpful and kind. I would not hesitate to rent a locker here again if needed.

Really satisfied with the service. Very clean environment and the units are easy to access. So... I was hesitant and admittedly suspicious at first due to a couple of bad experiences at other storage facilities, but I'm so glad to say that I was pleasantly surprised by Maple Leaf and this particular location. Kelly was very friendly (in a genuine personable way, not a fake car salesman way), helpful, didn't apply any pressure on me or my wife and gave us honest answers to the questions we had.

I have rented locker for just over 5 year's also I rented once before for a short time . I started to rent a locker for my son (it wasn’t supposed to be that long) he has recently got a job and now able to move out and he heeded his belongings. We were able to enter and without issues. I would recommend ML again.

There was a couple areas in the bathroom and elevator that could have used a deeper clean and the dollie’s could use some tlc but other then that the customer service was phenomenal and the units are in great condition! I will definitely be using them again if I require storage in the future.

I have been with Maple Leaf Storage since 1989 December. I don't ever remember having a problem. The staff are friendly & professional... the site is well lit, safe and well cared for. It is relatively close to my residence. The only thing I would like to critique is their method of payment which they recently changed. You have to pay directly or do it by credit card..I would rather have it directly come out of my bank. No cheques or cash money is accepted anymore. However, it is overall a good company, rates are comparable. And they have candy & pens!!!

We loved our storage at MLSS! It's priced great and we had lots of room (more than we even needed) and it was well maintained and our belongings stayed in great conditions with no damage. We used to rent the storage along Griffiths in Burnaby for a long time until the site has been closed late September 2020. We were offered to rent at Lougheed Highway and was accommodated for a half-price of the rent for few months...really appreciated for the generous offer. Great staff so with Kelly who used to work in Burnaby.

I moved from the Maple Leaf site on Griffiths near Edmonds Skytrain Station , but I did not reserve a locker in September. However, they were able to fit me in at the Lougheed site. I got the size I wanted and it is very clean and accessible. The feature I like here is being able to make payments online because often I work across town on construction projects and have difficulty getting to the office to make a payment. the online forms are easy to follow. This feature is an improvement on the other site. Much appreciated.

Facility is enormous with all sorts of locker options, ample space in driving lanes and the location is amazing, conveniently located next to the highway and easily reached from and direction!
I rented a locker for 3 months, got a sweet deal but it was during the time of Covid!
While visiting my storage unit I had noticed, multiple times, staff going around cleaning and checking general safety.
Everyone is friendly and I was utterly amazed how nicely the place is managed.
Will definitely go back when in need of storage ..

I've rented storage lockers a few different times to assist with moving between jobsites and storage of personal belongings as I organized my home. I always come to Coquitlam Maple Leaf and have for a couple of years. The staff, Louise and Kelly, are both very professional and friendly. Each time I've started a rental they had multiple units for me to choose from and were happy to walk and show me each unit so I could choose the one most appropriate. Also pointing out the particulars of each unit (access, price, etc.). I will definitely return tot Coquitlam Maple Leaf for my next storage needs.

The Maple Leaf Storage Team at Lougheed was exceptional! I don’t often expect much in the way of Customer Service from a storage facility but they went above and beyond. Moving from Vancouver Island was very stressful and not being able to see the units made me uneasy. I called many different storage facilities and Maple Leaf was the only one that provided me with pictures of the exact unit I would be renting! That, and the price comparing, it was a no brainer. Thanks Maple Leaf. I’ll definitely come back if I need storage in the future.

I have been with maple leaf self storage in the lougheed location for over 3 years. Kelly and Louise have been fantastic. Their service and kindness go above and beyond what I have experienced from many other self storage companies in the past. If there are any issues or questions they solve them ASAP. I have been very happy with my choice on the lougheed location for my storage and that has a lot to do with the two women that manage the location. Thank you so much ladies, it’s been a pleasure.

We have been storing our supplies for our business for a few years at this Coquitlam Maple Leaf storage and it has been the most secure and well maintained storage facility that we have had the pleasure of utilizing. The ladies (staff) are extremely friendly and accommodating and are always happy to help, and I would give them a thousand bonus points for the cookies and candy that they are always offering at the front desk. In addition they have been even more accommodating during these trying times, especially with cleanliness and any other extra requests we have made of them. I would give them ten stars if I could and would encourage anyone who is looking for a safe, friendly, clean and affordable storage unit to go here, you won’t be disappointed! Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, convenient lockers. I used their service for nearly 2 years with no issues. Plenty of ways to pay provided including auto withdrawal, on site payment, or through the website by credit card.

After combining homes and having items my partner and I are both not ready to part with, storage seemed like the best solution. The folks at MLSS Coquitlam were more than helpful in determining the size of locker we would need and be flexible in terms of other sizes if required during the move. The pricing is more than reasonable and the site is clean, safe and secure. The free coffee in the office was certainly a bonus mid-move while playing Tetris with our belongings in the locker!!
