About Our Vancouver Highway 1 and First Ave Location
Our newest self storage facility is located just off Highway 1 and First Avenue on Kootenay Road next door to Bosa Foods. Only a few minutes from Brentwood Mall, Willingdon and Grandview Highway, Maple Leaf Self Storage is centrally located and easily accessible from Vancouver, Burnaby and North Vancouver.
Facility Details:
This location offers over 1500 units over five floors of climate controlled, well-ventilated space in a variety of sizes ranging from 25 – 300 square feet. Our fully covered and gated loading area has 9 truck stalls, a spacious staging area and 3 centrally located and oversized elevators with coded access control for added security.
Peace of mind is yours when you store your belongings in this state-of-the-art facility with 24-hour digital video recording, cylinder locks, wireless alarms on each locker and a resident manager on the premises. Our facility is clean and bright featuring energy efficient motion-activated lighting, music in the hallways and sealed concrete floors. Business clients can also take advantage of our delivery acceptance services allowing couriers to drop packages right to your locker at no additional cost.
